• The prices displayed for Delta Botanicals products represent the full suggested retail price. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, independent sales representative or distribution agents, the price may be provided by that merchant and may differ from those prices shown on our website. If any of our products are found to be advertised for sale on another website or store for a lower price, or a promotional sale price, Delta Botanicals does not offer refunds for the price difference. Once you have confirmed your order upon checkout this means that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to pay the full price given to you upon checkout. If a non-authorized dealer or vendor quotes prices for any Delta Botanicals product different from our website, your only solution is to settle any dispute with that said dealer or vendor. Delta Botanicals takes no responsibility for prices put forth by non-authorized dealers or vendors of Delta Botanicals products. Delta Botanicals reserves to the right to change our prices or services at our discretion, the final price for our products can not be confirmed until your order has finished processing.

 

 

 

• We offer all our customers free shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service), on all orders to all US based destinations and US Military addresss. All other shipping services we offer are calculated by weight, size, destination and delivery speed, the shipping prices shown on checkout represent the rates of the shipping companies. Any estimated delivery times displayed are provided to us by our shipping companies and are an estimate only and are not guaranteed in any way. These delivery estimates also do not include processing times, which may take as long as 1 business day. All estimated delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

 

• All items purchased from deltacbd.com or any Delta Botanicals sales/distribution agents that must be shipped to the customer involve the use of a shipping carrier. Delta Botanicals uses UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all its products. These shipping carriers have their own terms and conditions of use, were applicable you agree to the individual shipping contracts of either UPS or USPS, whichever you are using to have your purchases shipped. This means that the risk of loss or damages caused during shipping is between you and the shipping company. However in the unlikely event of a lost package or if a package is damaged during shipping we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

 

 

 

• Any unopened item/s being returned to us for either a refund or exchange is the customer’s sole responsibility to cover all shipping costs, unless otherwise written, and to ensure that the products being returned are packaged appropriately. We will not offer a refund or exchange for any products that are returned to us damaged as a result of packing negligence on behalf of the customer.

 

 

• Any disputes that arise from dealing with Delta Botanicals shall be handled in the state of Maryland and its legal system, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Delta Botanicals intellectual property rights,Delta Botanicals may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
